Lab Work

TTS can order and review lab tests electronically from most Labcorp laboratories in Washington State, making the processing of lab tests as seamless as possible for our patients.

If your treatment plan requires lab samples, a TTS provider must be able to receive and review faxed/electronic copies of your lab results by the due dates specified in your treatment plan. Laboratories can become busy, sometimes taking up to 1 week to return results after you have provided a sample. To avoid treatment delays, it is best to submit all required lab samples in a timely manner.

You can use the Laboratory Locator above to find a LabCorp location near you. Alternatively, you may use another reputable lab service provider in your community. Please note, if you elect to use any laboratory other than LabCorp, you will need to inform TTS well in advance, and provide the correct contact information for the laboratory, so that tests can be processed in a timely manner.

If you schedule telehealth appointments and have outstanding lab work that is past due, you may be unable to receive medication prescriptions/refills until all required lab reports have been received and reviewed.

The Laboratory Locator is provided as a convenience to our patients, to assist with locating a lab service provider. Telehealth Treatment Services (TTS) and lab service providers (i.e., Laboratory Corporation of America, aka “Labcorp”) are independent entities. TTS is not acting on behalf of Labcorp or any other lab service provider. Services conducted by Labcorp, or other lab service providers, are billed by the lab, not TTS. Please discuss payment options for labs with your lab service provider.
