The doctor may order lab work as part of your care plan. The LabCorp Locator above helps you locate a lab facility nearby. LabCorp is preferred, because the doctor can order lab work and receive results electronically. Please contact your chosen lab facility in advance to schedule an appointment for your lab work.
If you are using a lab facility other than LabCorp, please tell us in advance, and we will provide you with a Lab Requisition slip to take to your lab appointment. Also, you will need to request that the lab facility fax a copy of your lab report to TTS so the doctor can review your results.
